1. About Clinfly

Clinfly is a medical tourism platform that connects patients with verified healthcare providers in Turkey. We act as a facilitator, not a healthcare provider. All medical services are provided by independent, licensed clinics and doctors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Our Role

Clinfly serves as an intermediary platform. We:

• Connect patients with verified clinics in Turkey
• Facilitate communication between patients and clinics
• Coordinate logistics (appointments, scheduling)
• Provide information about procedures and pricing

We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health and personal information
• Follow medical advice from your treating physicians
• Use the platform respectfully and lawfully
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Appointments and Bookings

Appointment requests made through Clinfly are subject to clinic availability and confirmation. Requested appointments are not confirmed until explicitly acknowledged by the clinic or coordinator. Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by clinic.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on the platform are approximate and subject to change based on individual medical assessments. Final pricing is determined by the treating clinic after consultation. Clinfly does not process medical payments directly; payments are made to clinics according to their individual policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Clinfly app and website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Clinfly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clinfly is not liable for:

• Medical outcomes or complications from procedures performed by partner clinics
• Accuracy of medical information provided by clinics or doctors
• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Clinfly operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
