How do I create an account?

Open the Clinfly app and tap "Sign in with Apple" to create your account securely. Your Apple ID is used for authentication only.

How do I save a clinic to my favorites?

When browsing clinics, tap the heart icon on any clinic card to save it. You can find all your saved clinics in the "Saved" tab.

How do I request a treatment quote?

Browse treatments, select a clinic, and tap "Request Quote." Our coordinators will respond with a personalized quote within 24 hours.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We use Apple Sign-In for secure authentication and Firebase for encrypted data storage. We never sell your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our system.

What treatments are available?

We currently offer hair transplants (FUE, DHI, Sapphire), face aesthetics, body contouring, and dental procedures at top clinics in Turkey.

Are the clinics verified?

Yes. All clinics on Clinfly are JCI-accredited or hold equivalent international certifications. We personally vet each partner clinic.
